Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist to craft exceptional cocktails and beverages for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, strong customer service skills, and the ability to provide a unique bar experience that reflects the high standards of Park Springs Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
- ?Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
- Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation in line with hotel standards.
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering bar supplies and ingredients.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards related to food and beverage service.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team for menu development and promotions.
- ?Monitor guest consumption and act responsibly to ensure safety.

Qualifications
- ?Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and bar tools.
- Creativity in developing new drinks and enhancing guest experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ?Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality (preferred but not required).
Work Conditions
- Primarily indoor setting in the hotel’s bar and lounge area.
- May require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Accommodation will be provided
- Candidate must reside in Cape Coast
