Job Summary
Juice Production:
- Prepare and process fresh fruits and vegetables for juice production.
- Operate juicing equipment, ensuring all safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Bottle and label juices accurately, maintaining consistent quality and taste.
Bread and Pastry Baking:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of bread and pastries, following established recipes and procedures.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency in product quality. Monitor baking times and temperatures to produce perfectly baked goods.
Quality Control:
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all production areas.

Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients, monitoring for freshness and quality.
- Report any inventory shortages or issues to the Production Supervisor.
Sanitation and Safety:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow all safety procedures to operate kitchen equipment safely.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other production staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively to coordinate production schedules and meet demand.
- Assist in training new production staff as needed.
Any other assigned task
Qualifications & Documents
- High School Certificate or HND or Diploma in Catering and Hospitality
- Previous experience in a production or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of baking and juicing techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
