Responsibilities
- Develop contacts and sales leads to Chinese companies operating in Ghana
- Develop contacts and sales to Chinese retailers in the hardware environment
- Entrepreneurial turnover and profit responsibility for the acquired accounts
- Development either direct user relationship or in close cooperation with related retail partners
- Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing for individual measures
- Systematic follow-up on visits and planning, using a Sales CRM system
- Instruction and training of newly acquired accounts, either retail staff or user trainings
- Research for potential new customers and partnersQualification
- University degree in business administration, or its equivalent.
- Quality experience in a similar position
- Fluent in Chinese language is Compulsory
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Autonomous working manner, dynamic and self-motivated character
- Sales knowledge/expertise: negotiation skills, customer orientation, service mindset
- Analytical skills, working and analyzing complex data
- Willingness to travel
- Technical product affinity, ideally experience in hardware industry
- Good communication skills to different levels externally and internally
