RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's products to retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and other clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and submit them on schedule.
- Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in collecting payments from customers where necessary.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Participate in product promotions, activations, and marketing campaigns.

Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience (experience in the FMCG industry is preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Good customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to use smartphones and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be honest, reliable, and possess a positive attitude.
