Job Roles & Responsibilities:
The duties that the candidate will be responsible for
Chenfan Electric is seeking independent sales agents with established relationships at transformer manufacturers. Our products include precision transformer cores, CRGO electrical steel and custom core components. We also supply oil-immersed and dry-type transformers through manufacturing partners, with specifications confirmed for each project.
We welcome agents already supplying transformer insulation, winding conductors, bushings, tap changers or electrical steel. You will introduce qualified opportunities, connect with purchasing and technical contacts, and follow projects through quotation and order. Our team provides full technical support, including specification review, quotations and export coordination.
This is independent, commission-only cooperation with no fixed salary. Commission is 2% per order. The calculation basis, eligible orders, customer allocation and payment timing will be agreed in writing before cooperation. Initial cooperation is non-exclusive. Please apply through the platform with your territory, relevant industrial sales experience and the types of transformer manufacturers you work with. Do not send confidential customer information.

Job Requirements
Qualifications, Experience, Education, skills, and so on the candidate should possess
- Existing business relationships with transformer manufacturers; experience in industrial B2B sales, electrical steel, transformer components or power equipment; ability to coordinate with purchasing and technical contacts
- This is independent, non-exclusive cooperation with a China-based company; no fixed salary.
- Applicants should be able to develop qualified opportunities in Ghana.
Job Salary:
Commission-only: 2% per order. No fixed salary. Calculation basis, eligible orders and payment timing agreed in writing before cooperation.
Job Location: Ghana - remote territory coverage; company based in Xiongxian, Hebei, China. No local office.
