About the Role

Nestas Home is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to drive property sales and enhance the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies that contribute to business growth and revenue generation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Property Sales: Promote and sell residential properties, guiding prospective clients through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and other sales channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Property Presentations & Site Visits: Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site inspections for potential clients, providing accurate information about available properties.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to increase brand awareness and generate sales leads.
  • Market Research: Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, lead tracking reports, and market feedback reports for management review.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales terms with clients and facilitate successful property transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional after-sales support and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the purchasing process.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Management, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure smooth sales operations and timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in residential property sales.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property sales processes.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations and property documentation processes is an advantage.
