Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced, results-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidates must have a strong sales background, an established customer base, and the ability to work independently while consistently meeting sales targets.
This role is best suited for self-motivated professionals who can build and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Leverage an existing network of customers and business contacts to generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Promote and sell the company's products or services to prospective and existing customers.
- Meet and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify potential markets and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on customer activities and market trends.
- Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

Qualifications Required and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience.
- An established and substantial customer base or strong professional network.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Honest, trustworthy, and professional, with strong integrity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
