Job Summary:
Royal Elmount Hotel is seeking courteous and energetic Waiters to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of meals in accordance with set menus and guest preferences.
- Assist the Chef in food planning, kitchen coordination, and menu execution.
- Monitor food preparation to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Supervise and support junior cooks and kitchen assistants during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Take inventory of food supplies and report shortages or equipment issues.
- Step in for the Chef when required.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or reputable restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian and international cuisines.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Accomodation to be provided
Working Hours: Full-time, with flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
