Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. The role combines customer support and sales, requiring an individual who can deliver exceptional service while identifying and driving sales opportunities. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, provide product information, assist with inquiries, process orders, and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience and building trust.

2. Sales:
- Drive sales by promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
- Close deals with potential customers by explaining product features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Track and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product range, features, pricing, and promotions.
- Educate customers on the value of the products, including assembly quality, durability, and unique selling points.
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service reports.
- Assist with in-store displays and inventory management.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotions and campaigns.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle complaints, provide solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook is a plus.
