PharmaBridge is a B2B pharmaceutical data intelligence and accounting service built for OTC medicine sellers and pharmacies across Ghana. We help operators digitize their sales records, understand their numbers, and get access to the financial documentation they need to grow, whether that's restocking decisions or proof of income for a loan application.
We work hands-on with our clients: they send us their sales data however they already track it (paper, Excel, voice notes, WhatsApp photos), and our team turns it into organized financial statements and insights they can actually use.
The Role
We're growing our Client Relationship Manager team and hiring multiple CRMs to cover different client portfolios and areas. As a CRM, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of OTC medicine sellers and pharmacies. You'll onboard new clients, keep the relationship running day to day, and make sure their sales data is flowing in and their questions are being answered.
This is a relationship-first role. Think of it like an insurance agent or bank relationship manager, but for pharmaceutical retailers who need a reliable partner to help them manage their business data.

What You'll Do
- Onboard new pharmacy and OTC operator clients onto PharmaBridge
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for your client portfolio via WhatsApp and phone
- Collect and relay client sales data (photos, Excel sheets, voice notes) to the data processing team
- Follow up with clients to ensure consistent, timely data submission
- Explain reports and insights back to clients in a way that's clear and useful to their business
- Identify opportunities to help clients use their data, such as restocking decisions or loan/financing documentation
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients across your territory
- Report client feedback, issues, and outreach progress to the PharmaBridge team
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable building relationships with small business owners
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic digital tools for daily client management
- Self-motivated and organized; able to manage a portfolio of clients independently
- Based in Ghana, with the ability to engage clients in your operating area
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, account management, or field relationship roles is a plus
- Familiarity with the pharmacy/OTC retail environment is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in English; local language fluency for your operating area is a strong advantage
