Key Responsibilities

Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.

Creating a positive on-boarding experience for new clients.

Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.

Identifying ways to overcome clients’ initial dislike of company products.

Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.

Collaborating with Operations department to better address client needs.

Providing regular updates to higher management.

Ensuring that clients receive prompt responses to queries or complaints.

Following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.

To resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

To maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.

To promote the company’s products and services to customers where appropriate.

To build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to meeting their needs.

To contribute to the achievement of team targets and objectives.

Requirements
-
A minimum of Higher National Diploma / Bachelor’s degree communication or a related field.

Excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM).

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Time-management abilities.
