JOB SUMMARY

Accounts officers may specialise in a particular area, such as: accounts receivable: collecting and recording payments that come into the College.
Accounts payable: organising the payment of invoices on behalf of the College.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Perform periodic reconciliations (cash, bank and investments)
• Ensure prompt payment of clients redemption
• Carry out banking activities on behalf of the college
• Assist in preparing accurate, timely and reliable financial reporting in accordance with national and international financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist in ensuring statutory payment are made on timely basis

• Account Manager

General Purpose

Sales Professional with technical and business understanding of telecoms solutions, responsible for generating orders and revenues by selling Nokia’s solutions to customers.

Main Responsibility Area:

• Understands customers’ strategic direction and associated business plans
• Implements Nokia’s account strategy.
• Identifies, develops & wins new sales opportunities for Nokia

• Financial Controller

The Financial Controller’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the financial accounting and reporting
• Overseeing and developing all financial budgets
• Managing, procurement, payroll and cash flow
• Preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations

• Desk Based Account Manager

The role holder is a proactive Desk Based Account Manager, who will act as the desk based point of contact for the customer/partner developing long term customer relationships. He/she is responsible for delivering against personal revenue targets and closing own contracts, as well as engaging with others / specialists to deliver customer requirements as necessary. He/She will also lead on sales optimization, VBS administration and special projects. The split will be 60% sales and 40% sales administration/optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• • Typically responsible for a small number of medium sized accounts, or in some instances, as the single point of contact for one large client e.g. a government body. You will carry a percentage of the sales team opportunities and revenue target.
  • To be responsible, as part of an overall account team from the desk, customer satisfaction to their nominated clients.
  • To be responsibility for outbound sales prospecting and opportunities.
