Job Description
- Filing of monthly, quarterly and yearly returns to GRA, SSNIT and VAT.
- Preparing payment vouchers cheques receipt etc.
- Maintaining daily account balances/account data.
- Reconciliation of bank statement.
- Keeping daily transaction of debtors and creditors.
- Monitoring records of loans and cash advance.
- Receiving both cash and cheques from the company debtors and banked it.
- Any other duties that might be assigned to you by management from time to time.
Required Skills or Experience
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Must be able to Drive
- Must be a computer literate (MS Office)
- Must live around Tema and its environs
