Job Summary
The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. They are responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and professional service experience from intake to vehicle delivery

Summary of Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage client relationships professionally
- Ability to accurately capture customer concerns and translate them into clear job instructions
- Ability to coordinate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repair timelines with technicians
- Ability to communicate technical information, quotations, and timelines in a clear and customer-friendly manner
- Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Ability to track job progress and provide timely updates to customers
- Ability to handle invoicing, payments, and maintain accurate service records
- Ability to use database/CRM systems to manage customer and vehicle information
- Ability to work with inventory management systems to confi rm parts availability and support ordering processes
- Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, or service advisory roles (automotive experience is an advantage)
- Proven knowledge of basic automotive systems and repair processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (Google Workspace, etc.)
- Must have a valid driver’s licence (mandatory).
