About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying, educating, and converting farmers into customers. You will help farmers understand how biogas systems can transform waste into energy while improving their livelihoods.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage pig farmers across assigned districts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of farmer leads
- Educate farmers on the benefits of biogas systems
- Conduct product demonstrations and close sales
- Assess farmer eligibility and prequalify leads
- Support contract signing and onboarding processes
- Maintain strong relationships with farmers throughout the journey
- Track activities and report using CRM tools

- Number of farms identified and engaged
- Qualified leads generated
- Sales conversion rate
- Installations initiated
- Revenue generated
- Customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills or Experience
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Agriculture, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in field sales or working with rural communities
- Experience with farmers or agricultural markets is a strong advantage
Key Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication skills (English + Twi preferred)
- Ability to work independently in rural environments
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Basic digital/CRM skills
- High integrity and professionalism
