Job Summary
This is a full-time internship hybrid role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Haatso and its surrounding areas. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
This job is suitable for candidates looking for somewhere to complete their National Service. We are offering a full-time internship programme designed to train and develop individuals who are interested in pursuing a future in real estate.

Job Benefits
- Hands-on experience in property sales, rentals, and management

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scouting and sourcing residential and commercial properties.
- Support property viewings with clients.
- Help manage Airbnb listings and guest relations.
- Provide general support to the sales and operations team.
- Creating property video tours and being prepared to feature in real estate video .
- Conducting sales negotiations, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Must have completed WASSCE
- Valid driver’s license and strong driving skills
- Comfortable appearing on camera for property tours and social media content
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take initiative and follow instructions
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales techniques
- Understanding of Real Property and expertise in Real Estate practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Ghana is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role. However, a monthly stipend of GHS 1,200 will be provided to support transportation and related expenses.
