Ideas Printhouse Ltd is a 26-year-old commercial printing company in Accra, delivering offset, digital, large format, garment/DTF and branding solutions to businesses across Ghana.
The Role
We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Officer to grow our client base, manage key accounts and strengthen the Ideas Printhouse brand in the Accra market and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through personal selling and referrals
- Manage and grow existing accounts across corporate, construction, hospitality, NGO and education sectors
- Prepare quotations and proposals in line with company pricing and costing guidelines
- Follow jobs from enquiry through production to delivery, keeping clients informed
- Meet and exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage social media, digital content and marketing campaigns
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events and client presentations
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotes and orders in the company ERP
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and client needs

Required Skills or Experience
- HND/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience (printing, packaging, advertising or media an advantage)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM or ERP is an advantage
- A valid driver’s licence is required
- Willingness to travel within Greater Accra and occasionally beyond
- High level of integrity, reliability and punctuality
