Job Summary
The Van Sales Executive is responsible for selling and distributing company products directly to retail outlets using a sales van. The role involves achieving daily sales targets, managing stock and cash, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of products within an assigned territory.
The VSE also represents the company professionally in the market, gathers market feedback, and ensures proper care and safe operation of the sales van.
Required Skills or Experience
- HND certificate
- Valid driver’s licence ("C")
- Previous experience in van sales, route sales, or FMCG sales is an advantage
- Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic calculations
- Good cash-handling and record-keeping skills
- Honest, disciplined, and target-driven
Salary: GHS2,000- GHS5,000
Location: Ogbojo
