Job Summary
We are in search of a passionate Marketing Officer with a knack for developing creative marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Officer, you will oversee marketing activities and contribute to existing marketing, advertising, and budgeting plans
Reports directly: Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for: Marketing Executives
Responsibilities

Manage and develop marketing campaigns.

Plan and implement creative campaigns on various social media platforms.

Oversee and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities.

Utilize research findings to provide marketing managers with insights and direction for upcoming marketing strategies and projects.

Collaborate with manager(s) to prepare budgets.

Manage promotional activities.

Monitor marketing and sales performance to adjust the marketing strategy as needed.

Enhance brand awareness by liaising with stakeholders and vendors to promote success

Requirements and skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Five years of experience working in Marketing.

Women are encouraged to apply.

Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of market research techniques.

Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
Location: Head Office, Nsawam
Hours of Work: 0800hrs – 1700 hrs. (Monday to Friday). As a staff member, your days and hours of work may be extended/varied as work exigencies may demand.
