Role Overview
AA Surrogacy Agency Ltd is a governance-led, ethics-first surrogacy agency. We are implementing a comprehensive operating blueprint covering systems, compliance workflows, ethics escalation, website governance content, and controlled digital presence.
We are seeking a Technical Systems & Digital Implementation Lead to implement (not redesign) our approved blueprint across:
- Internal systems and automations
- Website structure and integrations
- Social media systems setup
This is a hands-on implementation role, not a marketing, growth, or product-design role.
Important Context
This role operates under strict governance and scope constraints:
- You will implement approved specifications, not reinterpret or optimise them.
- You will not have editorial authority over content.
- You will not design marketing funnels or conversion strategies.
- All public-facing content is pre-approved and subject to final sign-off.
Applicants who prefer creative freedom, growth hacking, or conversion optimisation will not be a good fit.

Core Responsibilities
1. Systems & Automation (Primary)
- Implement intake, case-tracking, and milestone workflows
- Build escalation logic for Ethics & Compliance Committee (ECC) reviews
- Configure audit logs, decision registers, and access controls
- Implement secure document storage and role-based permissions
- Set up approved automations (email / WhatsApp / notifications)
- Ensure clear separation between operational data and programme-level welfare records
2. Website Implementation (Secondary)
- Implement the approved website structure and pages, including:
- Ethics & Governance
- Services (non-promissory language)
- Disclosures and separation statements
- Integrate approved forms with backend systems
- Implement provided copy without modification
- Ensure data capture aligns with compliance requirements
3. Social Media Systems Setup (Tertiary)
- Create and configure official social media accounts
- Set up scheduling and access-control tools
- Implement governance-approved posting templates and workflows
This role does not include content creation or engagement management.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills (Essential)
- No-code / low-code tools (e.g. Airtable, Notion, ClickUp, Monday, Google Workspace)
- Automation tools (Zapier, Make, or equivalent)
- Website platforms (WordPress or Webflow)
- Forms, permissions, and data-handling logic
- Strong documentation and system organisation skills
Governance & Working Style (Non-Negotiable)
- Experience implementing systems in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Comfort working from detailed specifications without improvisation
- Strong respect for approval gates, escalation, and documentation
- Disciplined, execution-focused mindset
- Ability to work under founder-led governance oversight
Engagement & Scope
- Project-based engagement with defined phases and acceptance milestones
- Payment tied to approved deliverables, not time spent
- Optional light maintenance retainer after successful project completion
- No employment relationship
