We are looking for a National Service Person (NSS) to join our team as a Customer Service / Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will support customer inquiries, manage client communication, assist the sales process, and help maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist with processing orders, requests, and customer follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and closing basic sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide product or service information to customers.
- Assist with general administrative tasks when required.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.

Requirements
- Must be a National Service personnel for the 2025 service year.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer service and/or sales (added advantage).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Willing and able to commit to assigned work location.
