Job Description
- Duty Station: Ashaiman, Greater Accra Region, with missions in the areas of project implementation (Bono, Northern, Western Region).
- Starting: 12/01/2026
- Contract duration: 12 months, renewable

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field;
- A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g. CIPS, UNDP/CILT Procurement Certification) is an asset.
Expertise
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement within international NGOs, in development projects and/or donor-funded programmes;
- Proven experience managing procurements funded by AICS or other institutional donors (EU, UN agencies, etc.) is a strong advantage;
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement planning, tendering, contract management, and supplier evaluation;
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
