Reports to: CFO
Required Skills or Experience
- A bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field is required
- 1 – 2 years’ experience as a procurement officer
- Expertise in supply chain management software and tools, including forecasting, inventory management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have basic knowledge in procurement
- Attention to details on all request for purchases of items
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Must be organized, efficient and accurate at all times
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Must adhere to simple instructions
- Must live in the enclave of Tema Community 25 and Dwahenya
