Role Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused person to handle sales operations, maintain relationships with existing customers, and attract new ones. You’ll operate our POS system, collect payments, and manage our CRM tools to ensure smooth daily sales and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the POS machine and issue receipts for every sale
- Receive and record cash/MoMo payments accurately
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers for feedback, re-orders, and referrals
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with pricing, product info, and orders
- Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate offers or promotions
- Support marketing activities that attract new customers

Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (POS, WhatsApp Business, Excel or CRM tools)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Prior experience in retail, grocery, or customer service is an advantage
Compensation:
- Base salary + commission (performance-based)
