Job Description
Reports to: Head of Operations / Marketing Lead
Role Summary
We are looking for a tech-savvy and creative National Service Personnel to join our team as an IT/Digital Media Assistant. This unique role offers the opportunity to support both our technical infrastructure and our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, social media, and content creation, and will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to staff, assisting with hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Support the management of the company’s social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Create engaging digital content, including graphics, short videos, and written posts, to promote the company's services and brand.
- Help in updating and maintaining the company’s website with fresh content using Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Assist in shooting and editing photos and videos for company events, projects, and vehicle listings.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by helping with email marketing, online ads, and performance tracking.
- Perform other IT-related and digital tasks as assigned.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Must be eligible for National Service in the 2025/2026 service year.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software installation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and a keen interest in digital trends.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design and detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
