Job Summary
We are seeking a creative Sales Officer to assist the Managing Director in developing and executing our sales campaigns across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales with practical understanding and people skills to drive traffic in our showroom, generate leads.
Reporting lines
In this position, you report to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Air Conditioners, Home appliances and smart solutions: Aim to sell a target number of equipment of air conditioners and appliances to be determined by the Managing Director every month.
- Welcome Customers: Greet visitors, show them around the showroom, talk about products, and try to make sales.
- Create a good client relationship and manage clients' transactions, find new clients and maintain a good business relationship.
- Generate quotations for clients per the client's request and see the sale through.

- Write Monthly Reports: Show what's been happening in the showroom and how things can improve.
- Help build client lists, especially of new customers who come to the showroom, so they get useful updates.
- Help Plan Marketing Stuff: Work with the Managing Director to come up with smart ideas to sell more
- Make Posts and Content: Assist with writing, posting, and designing things for the website, blog, Facebook, Instagram, and emails. Post something every day on all Company socials.
- Provide Support in Logistics and supply of goods to clients and for restocking as well.
- Help Make Cool Stuff: Videos, graphics, emails, help make them look good and reach the right people.
- Any other task the Managing Director may require.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: HND or Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales-related jobs, especially in sales of air conditioners and House hold appliances or a similar role.

The following metrics will be tracked to evaluate performance:
- Sales Target/Quota Attainment
- New Customer Acquisition
- Lead Response Time
- Social Media Engagement Rate
- After-sales support to the client and Client satisfaction
Job Type and Location
Full-time work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays and holidays. The applicant will be reporting to the Showroom at Spintex as their place of work.
