Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Duty Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-end residential property. The ideal candidate will ensure that all departments — including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and security — operate smoothly and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of service and safety for residents and guests.
This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as the Duty Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for both residents and staff during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Supervision
- Oversee and coordinate daily property operations, ensuring smooth communication among all departments.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure timely task completion and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, and staff performance to maintain cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.
- Ensure that resident requests, maintenance issues, and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.

Staff Coordination & Leadership
- Supervise and guide frontline staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, discipline, and appearance standards.
- Support training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of assigned staff.
- Provide clear shift handover reports and coordinate with management for operational follow-ups.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare shift reports summarizing incidents, maintenance issues, and resident feedback.
- Monitor attendance, shift coverage, and ensure smooth staff transitions.
- Assist management with inventory control, procurement requests, and maintenance logs.
Emergency & Safety Oversight
- Act as the on-site point of contact during emergencies (power failures, fire alarms, medical incidents, etc.).
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed and report incidents to management.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.
Required Skills or Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, residential, or facility operations — preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage staff from diverse backgrounds and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with property management or maintenance tracking software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required.
