Neizer Prime Ltd., a consumer goods, personal care and services company located at Sowutuom – Accra seeks a dedicated and business-focused member as a Graphic Designer to head our Design team. Applicant must be between the ages of 22- 30 years old.
Job Description
We are seeking a talented and culturally-aware Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This position is available as both a full-time role and an internship opportunity.

The successful candidate will be:
- Responsible for creating visually compelling and culturally appropriate design elements for our mobile health platform and female health product brand, with a focus on enhancing user engagement and creating a distinctly digital experience.
- An applicant with website development skills will be a prime candidate for the position.
Required Skills or Experience
Technical
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital product design, website development
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience designing for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in design
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with animation and motion design
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of the cultural context of Ghana and West Africa
- Experience collaborating with development teams
Internship Position
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Basic proficiency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Growing portfolio demonstrating visual design skills
- Understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals
- Eagerness to learn about healthcare and brand design
- Familiarity with Ghanaian visual culture and aesthetics
- Strong visual communication skills and attention to detail
