Publicis West Africa (PWA) serves as a regional hub office for its client operations in the Central & West Africa region, encompassing around 22 markets. Among these, approximately 10 markets are actively engaged and act as sub-regional hubs for neighboring markets. Campaign work is predominantly crafted in English, French, and Portuguese, with various local dialects also prevalent in the markets we operate in.
Collaborations with partner agencies in Francophone markets, Angola, and Nigeria, are essential to ensure impactful local delivery. Notably, communication within the Publicis network agencies is conducted in English, both in spoken conversations and via email.
Overview
The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the brand's message, elevate its visual identity, and engage its target audience. Working closely with the wider creative teams, the Multimedia Designer will produce high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, billboards, social and digital content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
The role will also create motion graphics, animation, and edited video content, turning visual ideas into engaging moving-image assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design and motion principles, and the ability to translate concepts into visually dynamic static and motion designs that support business objectives.

- Measurement: Client and team feedback rating on collaboration (scale of 1-5) and willingness to accept constructive criticism.
- Target: Achieve an average feedback score of 4.5/5 or higher for teamwork and responsiveness.
