Stone Depot Limited is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually sharp Sales Representative with keen marketing skills to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and building strong client relationships within the construction and architectural sectors.
While direct experience in our specific product line is a plus, we are primarily looking for smart individuals with a strong aptitude for learning complex products and a passion for strategic sales. We are committed to providing comprehensive on-the-job training to the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, architectural, and design industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored stone product solutions.
- Effectively present and promote STONE DEPOT's range of natural stone products to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market information
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a technical product environment.
- Demonstrated sharp marketing acumen and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a technically intricate product line.
Preferred (but not limited to) experience:
- Sales within the construction industry.
- Sales of architectural products or building materials.
- Project management experience with client-facing responsibilities.
- Familiarity with construction documents (blueprints, specifications, contracts) is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable, but relevant work experience will also be highly considered.
