KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Marketing Strategy and Brand Development
- New Business acquisition
- Meeting and exceeding sales Targets (on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis)
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Pipeline management effectiveness
- Ability to present products/services effectively
- Understanding of product features, benefits and application
- Handling objections confidently
- Contribution to Team goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Participation in sales training or product updates
- Sharing market insights and best practices
- New business acquisition
- Willingness to improve and adapt

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and Prospecting Customers
- Presenting and demonstrating products or services
- Understanding Customer needs
- Negotiating and closing Sales
- Meeting Sales Targets
- Maintaining Customer Relationships
- Recording and reporting
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Staying updated on Industry Trends
- Upholding Professional and Ethical Standards
Qualification Required & Experience
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES
- Must have at least 3 years of working Experience and a Degree in Marketing from a recognised University
