Job Description
Location: Winneba / Gomoa Pomadze
Reporting Line: Report directly to the Management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote the brand through, marketing, and professional service delivery to attract patronage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Manage reservations and check-ins.
- Responsively handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Lead a cutting-edge, highly motivated, and innovative team.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
- Manage an effective and efficient balance sheet for high returns on assets

Requirements
Skills / Qualifications
- A minimum of a 1st Degree, HND, or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Must be a team player.
- At least 3 years of post-national service experience in a similar role.
- Should be numerate and articulate.
- Residence in Winneba or surrounding areas is preferred (candidates should be prepared to relocate at their own expense).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Good communication skills.
- Being bilingual (in French or German) is an added advantage.
- Should possess a pleasant personality.
Remuneration
- Very Competitive and progressive (Depending on the experience level and commitment to business)
