Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, ICT, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in educational sales or technology
  • Ability to effectively engage with school decision-makers
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and school information systems

Remuneration:

  • Monthly Allowance: GHS 2,000 to cover work-related expenses.
  • Commission: 5% of the total value of each successfully awarded contract.
  • Expense Flexibility: The GHS 2,000 monthly cap may be exceeded upon approval in cases where additional expenses are necessary to pursue a promising sales lead.
  • Performance Expectation: At least one viable sales lead is expected to be generated within the first four months of engagement.
