Factory hands assist in the day-to-day operations of the production floor. They are responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient production processes, including material handling, equipment operation, and general maintenance. Factory hands work in a team-oriented environment, following safety protocols and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery or tools as per instructions.
- Assist in assembling, packing, or labeling products.
- Load and unload raw materials or finished goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Adhere to safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Support other team members to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous factory, warehouse, or production experience is an advantage but not always required.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and good communication skills.
- Other: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.
