Boujie Bakes Vegan is a thriving snack company dedicated to providing healthy, plant-based snacks crafted from locally-sourced ingredients. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic production assistant to assist at our bakery!
Production Assistant Responsibilities
- Preparation of raw materials and ingredients.
- Assisting with product making; for example, cookie production.
- Assisting in the packaging of products.
- Ensuring product quality and food safety.
- Assisting in managing the baking ingredients and packaging material inventory and requesting the purchase of stock when depleting.
- Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
- Reporting low baked goods stock to the Baker promptly.
- Cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for the next day.
- Assisting at fairs in the sale of products.
- Assisting in customer service where necessary.
- Assisting in marketing efforts where necessary.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25kg.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
