MJ Mineral Water Company, a newly established bottled water manufacturing company, is seeking energetic, committed, and results-oriented individuals to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company from its early stages and contribute to its growth and success.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all production operations to ensure efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing of bottled water products.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in production, bottling, packaging, and water treatment machines.

Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and minimize downtime.

Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery.

Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operating at optimum efficiency.

Coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

Ensure adequate stock of spare parts and maintenance tools.

Investigate equipment failures and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Monitor product quality throughout the production process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Train and guide production personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Prepare production and maintenance reports for management review.

Recommend improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements
-
HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in production management, machine maintenance, or a similar manufacturing role.

Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, fault diagnosis, and equipment maintenance.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve technical problems effectively.

Excellent planning, organizational, and reporting skills.
-
Experience in the bottled water, beverage, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
