Job Summary:
The Sub-National Technical Manager will provide technical and management leadership and support on the implementation of high-quality multisectoral nutrition interventions at sub-national levels. S/he will work closely with project leadership; technical personnel with expertise in governance, nutrition, food systems, and resilience; and regionally-based staff to provide support to districts to plan, budget and implement multisectoral nutrition activities and provide coordination support for all of ELEVATE Nutrition Ghana activities within the districts.

Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Public Health, Nutrition, Agriculture, Social Sciences or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in nutrition, public health or related field for donor-funded projects, preferably within multisectoral and/or nutrition programs.
- Experience working with regions and districts to plan, budget, and/or implement activities.
- Relevant experience in providing technical assistance to government entities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Keen attention to detail for ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Ghana, especially extensively within the five northern regions.
