Job Summary
The M&E Specialist will oversee and coordinate monitoring, evaluation, and data management activities for the FHI 360 EpiC project across the three PEPFAR-supported regions in Ghana. The incumbent will be responsible for managing data flow from sub-grantees, ensuring high data quality, and facilitating timely reporting into FHI 360’s INFOLINK system, the national DHIS2 platform, and the PEPFAR Data for Real-time Impact Management (DATIM) system.
Additionally, the M&E Specialist will provide technical assistance and capacity strengthening to sub-grantees, lead quarterly Data Quality Assessments (DQAs), and support project planning, reporting, and presentation development.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Data Management, Reporting & Verification

Support and guide CSOs to correctly update results into the national DHIS2 platform and/or in EpiC Ghana specified recording and reporting tools.

Receive, compile, review, and verify monthly and quarterly data submissions from all CSOs across the three regions, ensuring accurate and timely entry into FHI 360’s INFOLINK, DATIM/AFGHS data management system.

Routinely cross-check, triangulate, and reconcile data between DHIS2, DATIM/AFGHS and INFOLINK to ensure zero variance.

Train CSOs on government DHIS2 system and/or EpiC Ghana specified recording and reporting tools on recording of results daily.

Strong technical writing skills for donor reports, program briefs, and annual work plans.

Excellent PowerPoint design and data presentation skills.

High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-player skills to engage effectively with sub-grantees, government health officials (GHS), and donor representatives.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and travel frequently across project regions in Ghana.
