We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Officer to join our team at Euro Homes Group. This role combines sales and customer service with the technical skill of taking precise measurements on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, building a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Present product offerings to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Conduct follow-up calls or visits to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or in a similar sales role.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, passionate about sales.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
