TaxiStar Limited is seeking to recruit a Call Centre Representative
Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet customers politely and establish a positive rapport.
- Listen actively to understand the customer’s needs or concerns.
- Promote special offers, referral programs, or loyalty rewards to riders and drivers.
- Encourage inactive riders and drivers to re-engage with the platform
Qualification Required & Experience
- Education: WASSCE/ SHS LEAVER or HND / Degree
- Experience: 6 months (minimum)

Location: Accra
