Duties
-
The successful candidate shall perform the following duties but not limited to
-
Manage the attendance of Field Sales Associates to ensure that teams are regular at work and punctual.

Provide coaching and support for associates put under performance management to graduate them to satisfactory performance in the shortest possible time.

Ensure that the proportion Associates placed on performance management is kept at a minimum level as specified by BIMA.
-
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure that associates are provided with all the working tools they need and on time.

Monitor sales activity to ensure that all associates work in accordance with selling guidelines, principles and conduct prescribed by BIMA.

Recruit and manage a target number (at least 15-20) of qualified field associates as specified by BIMA.

Must be responsible for replacing inactive Field Sales Associates in your team

Maintain a minimum attrition rate in the team to ensure Headcount does not fall below 15 Associates
-
Work with marketing team for the planning and execution of marketing activations in selected locations.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing management, business administration, or related field required.

Completion of national service is mandatory.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Sales or Sales Supervision

Good interpersonal Communication
-
Knowledge of the insurance industry is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

Resident in the required location
-
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient presentation abilities.
