#1. Senior Marketing and Brand Officer

Reporting to the Head, of Marketing and Customer Impact, the Marketing and Brand Officer will be responsible for the development of media relations, content for social media platforms and editorial content such as articles, news stories, etc.

He/she shall be primarily responsible for providing expert media relations, strategic planning and implementation including leading media work to support and promote campaigns and the brand.

#2. Recovery Officer

The Recovery Officer is responsible, under the supervision of the Head of Recovery (HoR) for all the activities of the Unit. He/She assists the HoR with the development of the Unit and all monies owed to Advans Ghana Savings and Loans

#3. Database Administrator

Under the supervision of the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO), you shall: assist the CITO in providing full life-cycle database support for our banking system and associated applications. The job holder shall maintain in-house databases, and applications, run daily basic tasks, running tests as per supporting end-users for the Head office and branches of the institution.

#4. Client Relationship Officer

The Client Relationship Officer is primarily responsible for prospecting for clients, appraising loan clients, and monitoring and developing his/her loan and deposit portfolio.

He/she will also be responsible for developing the savings and deposits portfolio for the target groups

#5. Markets and Customer Research Intelligence Officer

Reporting to the Head, of Marketing and Customer Impact, the Markets and Customer Intelligence Officer will be responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based on research findings. Tracks own and competitive brand imagery and marketplace performance and steward results to the marketing team and Management.
