Our client, a manufacturing company is looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Manager to help manage its operations in Ghana.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful applicant will be responsible for the Sales and collection of the company’s products in domestic markets to achieve sales objectives.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES AND COLLECTION
- Develop the sales strategy to achieve sales targets.

- Ensure collections are as per the sales value.
- Increase customer base - adding new customers.
- Monitor market development (width & depth of distribution).
- Monitor & drive sales on a regular basis.
OPERATIONS
- Network with and develop strong working relationships with existing and potential client base.
- Manage the relationship of customers to achieve more sales.
- Confer with clients to coordinate logistics and delivery timelines and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
MARKET RESEARCH
- Explore expansion opportunities through continuous market intelligence gathering.
- Ensure brand promotions & brand building, thus achieving the desired market share for the business vertical.

Required Skills or Experience
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- MBA, Marketing or similar professional qualification
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Sales and Marketing
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position in the Offset Printing and Packaging Industry with an organization/ s of repute.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good understanding of the security document printing landscape and other external/open markets
- Good knowledge of processing mono cartons/self-adhesive labels, leaflets and magazines/books printing.
- Good Knowledge of Publishing
- Proven experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strategic Thinker
- Networking Ability
