The successful candidate shall be responsible for prospecting tender opportunities, doing market surveys and research, champion business development, participate in the planning of corporate brand events, preparing presentations on products and services and monitor market leads for the sales and marketing department.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Scouting for tenders within our categories of expertise.
  • Completion of Data for the marketing department on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Business Development meeting with corporate heads and procurement managers to open a business of sale for the mainstream marketing team.
  • Market research ( competitor weekly updates)
  • Participation in corporate and brand events.
  • Verifying the authenticity of all contracts (ie tenders, construction etc).



  • Monitor and generate a minimum of 20 market leads weekly and their origin.
  • Achieve targets and meet deadlines as would be required on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Achieve a minimum of 3 presentations on products and business development on weekly basis.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Must be meticulous
  • Must pay attention to details
  • Must be honest
  • Must have communication skills and experience in corporate marketing.
  • Able to work in teams of diverse background and able to work under pressure.
  • Must have eye for tender opportunities


  • Degree in Business administration or marketing or any related program with a minimum of 4 years experience in biding tenders and business development
