Anum Rural Bank is inviting qualified persons to fill the position of Human Resource and Administration Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities/ duties shall include but not be limited to the following:

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievance or other issues
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurturing a positive working environment
  • Overseeing and managing a performance be an added advantage
  • Ten (10) years of work experience in a reputable organization
  • Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
  • Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)
 

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Be innovative, proactive, and creative
  • Be computer literate in Microsoft office word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access etc
  • Ability to adapt to challenging working environment and working under pressure
  • Ability to motivate and drive growth appraisal system that drives high performance

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Human Resource and Administration
  • Qualified HR and or Master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • Ten (10) years of work experience in a reputable organization
  • Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
  • Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)
