The Graphic Courier is searching for a qualified candidate for the position of Sales Manager.
PURPOSE:
Customer acquisition, revenue generation and team management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Motivate, direct, coach and guide sales team to achieve revenue targets. Implementation of CRM and tech tools to enable automation

QUALIFICATION
- Must be a graduate/postgraduate in business administration or any field with excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years in Courier / Logistics / Transportation
