The Role
Lead and drive the company's marketing strategy, brand growth, product penetration, market expansion and overall marketing performance
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual plans
- Lead brand, product and portfolio management
- Drive market growth, product penetration and brand awareness
- Oversee market research, campaigns, digital marketing and communication
- Identify new market opportunities and drive product launches
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs and team performance
- Collaborate with Sales, regulatory, finance, supply chain and other functions
- Ensure compliance with FDA requirements and applicable pharmaceutical regulations
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Communications or related field
- MBA/Master's degree or professional marketing certification is an advantage
- 8 to 10 years marketing experience, including 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG industries, pharmaceutical/healthcare experience preferred
- Proven experience in brand/product management, market development and product launches
- Strong understanding of the Ghanaian market and pharmaceutical regulatory environment is an advantage
