The Role
Support the Marketing Director and Pharmacist - Marketing Support to in driving brand growth, product marketing, campaigns and market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies, campaigns and approved initiatives
- Support brand management, product positioning and product launches
- Coordinate advertising, promotions, events and activations
- Lead digital and social media content development
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify opportunities
- Work with Sales to improve product visibility and market performance
- Collaborate with the Pharmacist on pharmaceutical and technical marketing content
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs and ROI
- Coordinate external agencies, media and creative partners
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, PR or related field
- Professional marketing certification is an advantage
- 5 to 8 years progressive marketing experience, preferably in brand/product or commercial marketing
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG industries strongly preferred
- Proven experience in brand management, product launches and marketing campaigns
- Strong digital marketing, social media and market research skills
