RaptorTech is a technology services and products business working in the mining, construction and agriculture sectors. We are expanding our product offering and accelerating growth by bringing on a dedicated sales team.
Our business specialises in Machine Control (High Precision GNSS), Survey, Industrial IoT and Vehicle Safety Systems (Collision Avoidance, Fatigue Management) - we believe that our portfolio is perfectly positioned to disrupt the market with better features at a lower cost.
We are expanding our business footprint into Africa and Indonesia and this role forms a key part of our international growth strategy.
About the role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving product and service sales across the relevant state. Based in Accra, Ghana, you will have an established Mining/Construction customer or contact base that will allow you to his the ground running.
To excel in this role you will have experience in selling construction and/or mining technology products, preferably in the GNSS, survey, safety or FMS space. You will have a network of industry contacts giving you a head start in building a customer base.

Skills and experience
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in creation of professional documents for customer release
