Selected candidates will be subjected to a three (3) months' intensive and professionally measured training and orientation before the trial opening phase.
Again selected candidates would be accommodated on the premises where the resort is located to enable been to give customised services to the guests.
Front Office Jobs - Safari Valley Resort
Guest Relations Officer
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2-3 years experience as a GRO in a 3 to 5 star hotel

- Familiarity with Hospitality industry standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any hotel managemet software
Attributes
- Bilingual (High)
- Good Communication skills (Medium)
- Outgoing personality

Front Office Shift Supervisors
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- 2-3 years experience as a FO Supervisor in a 3 to 5 star hotel
